Atlys - Agent Onboarding Specialist - Sales - Travel Insurance (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Actively recruit and onboard travel agents to become part of our network of insurance sales professionals.

2. Conduct comprehensive training sessions to educate travel agents on Acko Insurance products, policy features, and sales techniques.

3. Provide ongoing support to travel agents, addressing their queries, clarifying policy details, and resolving any issues that may arise.

4. Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and FAQs, to facilitate onboarding and enhance agents' product knowledge.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting travel agents.

6. Create and maintain a database of travel agents, including their contact information, performance metrics, and sales achievements.

7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of travel agents, providing feedback and guidance to help them optimize their sales efforts.

8. Conduct regular meetings and webinars to update travel agents on new products, policy updates, and industry trends.

9. Assist travel agents in navigating our platform, ensuring they can easily access policy information, generate quotes, and submit applications.

10. Coordinate with Acko Insurance representatives to address specific agent-related inquiries or concerns.

11. Stay informed about travel industry regulations and requirements, ensuring that travel agents are compliant with relevant guidelines.

12. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall agent experience.

13. Keep accurate records of agent interactions, training sessions, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.

Requirements :

1. Previous experience in insurance sales, travel agency operations, or a related field is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with travel agents.

4. Familiarity with travel insurance products, policies, and sales techniques is advantageous.

5. Ability to work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in using digital platforms and software tools for training and communication purposes.

7. High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.

8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing change and continuous improvement.

9. Knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations is a plus.

10. Ability to travel occasionally for agent meetings, conferences, or training sessions, as required.
