Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across digital channels.

Qualifications :

- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and results.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
