AtlasEdge - Admission Counsellor - Sales (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Engagement :
- Interact with potential clients via various channels (phone, email, in-person meetings, webinars, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their professional development needs.
2. Sales Process Management :
- Guide clients through the entire sales process (end to end - Lead Generation to Final closure), including program selection, application submission, payment processing, and enrolment confirmation.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
3. Product Knowledge :
- Have an in-depth understanding of the executive education programs offered, including curriculum, faculty, and expected outcomes.
- Effectively communicate program benefits, features, and unique selling points to potential clients.
4. Needs Assessment :
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements and career goals of potential clients.
- Recommend appropriate executive education programs that align with the client's objectives.
5. Market Research :
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging market demands for executive education programs.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and program development teams for continuous improvement.
6. Targets and Quotas :
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue quotas set by the organization.
- Utilize effective sales strategies and techniques to maximize conversion rates.
7. Collaboration :
- Work closely with marketing and program development teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure a smooth enrolment process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or professional training industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of executive education programs, corporate training, or professional development is beneficial.
