Atlas Tours & Travels - Executive - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential travelers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat.
- Travel Consultation : Listen to customers' travel preferences and requirements attentively, offering expert advice and tailoring travel packages to meet their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and post-sale support.
- Productivity : Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads and inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and responsiveness.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting travel packages, upselling relevant services, and closing deals.
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-driven and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
