The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation and Prospecting :

- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :

- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.

- Customize sales presentations based on client needs and product capabilities.

Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales Planning and Strategy :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.

- Set and meet sales targets and goals.

Negotiation and Closing :

- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.

- Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Market Analysis :

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on market insights.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven sales experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
