Title : Infrastructure & Security Management- (L5)
- Infrastructure security provides engineering and sustainment support for critical security systems and services, including Data Protection, Tokenization, Endpoint Detection and Response, Encryption and Security Event Management.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively identifies weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the network infrastructure using security logs, network analysis, and observations
- Communicates network security vulnerabilities and solutions to the network security supervisor pertaining to application security, communications, and performance issues, and modifies network security implementations as required to ensure proper operation of applications
- Managing endpoint security service including operations on antivirus, encryption, personal firewall, application and change control products
- Supporting the transition process from country/regional based services to the global security operations model
- Responsible to the resolution and recovery of complex issues and/or requests
- Takes actions to resolve issues to the Business, escalating the process as necessary per established escalation policies
