Athulya - Medical Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or any relevant field.
- MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of experience in sales / hospital administration.
SKILLS:
- Health care industry knowledge.
- B2B sales knowledge
- Negotiation and verbal communication skills.
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
ROLES:

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish the sales plan and strategy for long term care and home care.
- Identifying referral centers across all cities to increase the referral business
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Partnering with institutions, referrals centers and Insurance companies for business generations and developments
- Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans
- Review period reports on sales, design and implement plans to promote the same.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
