Responsibilities and Duties :
- Generate leads by different channels like E-mail & Social Media Marketing, Cold Calling, Data Mining, Linkedin Etc.
- Lead generation on bidding portals like Upwork, oDesk, Guru, Freelancer, Truelancer, etc.
- Interacting directly with the client to understand project scope, propose solutions and close deals on the bidding platforms.
- Identifies & evaluate business opportunities
- Awareness and Knowledge about the current IT trends(Software products)
- Familiarity with the common terminology used in Web and Mobile apps development.
- Should be adept in proposal writing, engage in written communication with prospects to understand the nature of the project and ascertain detail to draft and send an adequate response.
- Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning.
- Client Convincing & Client Handling skills.
- Must take regular follow-ups from clients.
- Understanding the client requirement clearly and discussing with the team internally.
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Develop new business prospects from multiple sources
- Create business opportunities through individual research
- Convert online prospective bids to business for the company
- Promote and market Pixel6 on social media channels
Client servicing.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Any Specialization
- M.Tech in Any Specialization, MCA in Computers.
- MBA in Marketing
- Excellent Knowledge in Ms Word and Excel spreadsheets.
- Excellent Knowledge in project and program management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex cross-cultural environments to drive business process change.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results from inception to completion.
