Tutoroot Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Offline Marketing Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads through door-to-door campaigns and promoting our educational services. This role is crucial for expanding our reach and connecting with potential clients directly. Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct door-to-door campaigns, apartment campaigns, school campaigns to promote Tutoroot Technologies educational services.

- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads.

- Present and explain our services to prospective customers effectively.

- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and pamphlets.

- Collect and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in offline lead generation, preferably within the education sector.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Persuasive and confident in engaging with potential clients.

- High level of motivation and a results-driven attitude.

- Familiarity with the local area and willingness to travel within designated regions.

- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reporting.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related roles, particularly in the education sector.

- Worked in Physics Wallah, Byjus, Unacademy offline centres could be a ideal match.

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
