Athena Global Technologies - City Sales Head (3-8 yrs)
Leading a young and ambitious city team for running an on-demand health care service while constantly raising standards.
- Responsible for city business, Sales, Operations, user acquisition and Marketing
- Responsible for local hiring and training of new recruits
- Maintaining strong relationship with all the stakeholders and acting as the company representative in the assigned city/region
- Leading the operational team to provide best customer experience
- Admin activities, sales reporting, operational performance reporting
Desired Candidate:
- A strong leader with 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing or operations in healthcare/startups.
- A competent decision-maker with the ability to create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the region.
- Strong Analytical skills to analyze all growth and business parameters.
- Graduate from premiere institute (IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB) with proven negotiation skills and effective communication skills (Oral skills English and Hindi/Local Language)
