Athansys - Relationship Manager - Sales (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our clients. We will rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company's positive image.
Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Understand client needs and develop plans to address them
2. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
3. Resolve client complaints quickly and effectively
4. Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
5. Promote high-quality sales, supply and client service processes
6. Aim to preserve clients and renew contracts
7. Approach potential clients to establish relationships
8. Gain solid knowledge of competitors
NOTE - MUST OWN TWO-WHEELER WITH DRIVING LICENSE.
