About The Role :
Astuto is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to prospect target accounts to set opportunities that generate demand for our sales organization.
The SDR role is a great opportunity to kick-start a sales and marketing career. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. A strong candidate is flexible with change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to begin a career in Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify prospective customers through email outreach, social media, and other sales tools.
- Tailor sales pitches based on customers' context, challenges and needs.
- Set up appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of work experience as an Outbound Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience as an Outbound Sales Development Representative or similar role in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools and to keep data accurate.
- Experience and domain knowledge in cloud technology preferred.
- Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic, quickly changing environment.
