Asttecs Communications - Assistant Manager - Inside Sales (2-8 yrs)
Asttecs offers open source asterisk solutions in India and abroad, addressing a wide range of call center / contact center solutions & enterprises solutions including - IVR systems & solutions, open source VoIP PBX, call center dialer, voice dialer, voice logger & voice recorder, automatic call distribution or ACD application software, predictive dialer, hosted dialer, GSM card for asterisk, VoIP call recording, customized line call recording / monitoring / tracking etc.
Position: Inside Sales - International Business
Shift: Day shift
(Note: Prefer candidates available in Bangalore and can Work from Office)
Responsibilities include :
1) Identifying business prospects and reach out to customers to achieve sales for Asttecs telecommunication products in international markets.
2) Account Management for our Partners and Franchisee in International Markets and act as one point of contact for all sales requirements.
3) Understanding their requirements and prepare business proposal for our products.
4) Responsible for the entire sales process customer acquisition to closure, as well as account management.
5) Responsible for heading up for expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
6) Maintain high level of customer engagement, relationship and proactive engagement with customers to identify opportunities and retention.
