We are looking for an individual, who firmly believes in deal-making and hardcore sales to turn our software application Xport-Pro into an industry-leading software within the export industry, by conducting demos, finalizing sales, implementation, and managing existing customers.
This job opportunity predominantly focuses on software sales and managing key customer accounts.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
CTC: 3L - 4L PA + Commission (Based on skills and experience)
Responsibilities :
- Identify the right organization and provide detailed information to their admin and users about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company.
- Investigate new items, collect feedback, and recommend the key findings to the management.
- Maintain a detailed list of potential customers and sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calls, set up meetings, demonstrate the software application.
- Advice customers on technical matters and recommend appropriate computer configurations.
- Conduct a demo for the software application.
- After a successful purchase of the software by the customer, coordinate with the implementation process and training for the users.
- Construct sales pitches and presentations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Negotiate the commercial agreements and pricing.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features.
Requirements :
- Proven 2 years or more work experience as a software reseller, software seller partner, or any relevant sales experience.
- Past software sales experience can be an added advantage.
- Experience in conducting software product demos.
- Experience in conducting the implementation of the software product.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time management and follow-up skills.
- Experience in the export/import/logistic software industry would be an added advantage.
- Compensation would be structured as fixed plus commission.
- Necessary training to understand the software product will be provided.
