Roles and Responsibilities - The position offered is of a Technical Support Executive
Job Profile :
1. The incumbent will be responsible to resolve payment gateway issues and connectivity issues.
2. Coordinating with third parties
3. Data Mining and creating MS report
4. Support in running MS SQL queries
5. Uploading/managing content feeds
6. Uploading content articles third parties/partners

1. Capable of resolving issues with minimal handholding

3. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
4. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
5. Good written and communication skill and able to do multitasking
Skills - MS SQL SERVER, HTML, XML, JSON, C#, ASP.NET, MVC
Knowledge - Should have knowledge of MS SQL SERVER
