Overview :
We are seeking motivated Telesales Executives and Business Development Executives to join our team in Noida, Sector 90. These roles involve selling astrology-based courses over the phone and developing new business opportunities. Both positions offer a competitive salary with incentives based on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
For Telesales Executive :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell astrology courses.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their requirements to effectively recommend courses.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about course features, benefits, and pricing.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall departmental goals.
- Continuously update knowledge of astrology courses to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
For Business Development Executive :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our astrology courses.
- Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the astrology education sector to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of astrology or a willingness to learn about astrology courses.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
