Astroved - Manager - Social Media (3-4 yrs)
Objectives of this role :
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Develop Astroveds marketing and branding presence throughout all channels
- Encourage collaboration to unify marketing output
Platform Management :
- Manage and optimize social media post and video content across various platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and other relevant channels.
- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize reach and engagement.
Brand Representation :
- Ensure that all social media post and video content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and reflects its values and messaging.
- Act as a brand ambassador in post and video content, presenting a positive and professional image.
Audience Engagement :
- Foster and maintain a strong connection with the audience through creative and interactive elements.
- Respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
- Adjust SM post based on performance feedback and emerging trends.
