Market Research :

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets for the company's products/services.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Sales Strategy :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand into international markets.

- Create comprehensive sales plans outlining target markets, customer segments, and sales targets.

Client Acquisition :

- Actively seek out and acquire new international clients through various channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Negotiation and Contracting :

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements.

- Prepare and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Sales Presentations :

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Showcase the company's products/services, emphasizing unique selling propositions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless international sales operations.

- Provide valuable market insights to inform product/service enhancements.

Sales Reporting :

- Generate regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts to contribute to overall business planning.

Compliance and Documentation :

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

- Work with logistics and legal teams to facilitate smooth international transactions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :

- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in international sales, with a successful track record of achieving targets.

- Strong understanding of international business practices, trade regulations, and cultural nuances.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
