AstroTalk - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are :
1) Identifying target accounts and searching business contacts across the board.
2) Looking up data on business-to-business leads on social media and using AI tools to personalize outreach.
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers.
3) Scoring and qualifying leads.
4) Scheduling appointments with qualified leads and handing them over to closers.
5) Doing demos and handling objections.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
Desired Qualifications :
1) Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
2) Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients with great networking skills.
3) Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4) High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
