Brief about Role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to be a part of the growing team at the pioneer stage of an organization. This Position is part of the Operations & Marketing Vertical and will have high visibility with Management | Cross-functional teams | External partners & Service providers. Value creation & Operation excellence will be the key expectation from the role.

Marketing Manager will actively contribute in all Digital Platforms, Non-Digital Platforms & Marketing operations. A Candidate with Agile Mindset, Creative Thinker, and Subject linked content developer for blogs | Articles | Product descriptions | Social media | company website| Direct marketing & Indirect marketing.

The Marketing manager will also be managing In-app Marketing responsibilities.

The Marketing Manager's responsibilities include evaluating current trends, Form Marketing strategies, Manage Operations, understanding the business matrix, being able to deliver results with minimum analytics to adjust content as needed, regularly updating the company's website, and promoting the company blog by pitching articles to various third-party platforms. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media.

Job Role: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Baner, Pune (6 Days Working)

Your responsibilities will include:

- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns

- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends

- Creating and implementing the growth strategies in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets

- Using data and analytics for decision making and measuring effectiveness as well as creating a culture of structured experimentation and iteration to drive growth

- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

- Ensuring consistent messaging that is aligned with the brand

- Building win-win relationships with new and existing customers

- Partner with cross-functional teams (services, brand) to develop advertising assets.

- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns

- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies for all services.

- Manage the marketing budget to drive sustainable bottom-line growth

- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

Key Requirements:

- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

- You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Services Industry.

- Prior experience in the Personal Care/ Healthcare / Gems & Jewellery / Premium fashion Brands council - Services- industry is an added advantage.

- You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, Offline and Digital growth strategies, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel.

- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods

- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

- You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments.
