Brief about Role:
- We are looking for a dynamic Customer service executive to be a part of the growing team at the pioneer stage of an organisation. This Position is part of the Business Operations and will have high visibility with Management - Cross functional team - External partners. Value creation & Operation excellence will be the key expectation from the role.
- Customer service executive will actively contribute in fast moving operations and agile delivery model for Handle customer queries - Follow-up calls - Reporting - CRM Administration - Management feedback - Appointmen
Job Role : Customer service executive
Job Location : Baner Pune, 6 Days Working in a Week
Responsibility :
- A professional approach in answering calls and providing information about products and services, taking charge of client's requirements.
- Undertake ongoing customer service work to better understand the demands, explain service benefits, and collect client's feedback.
- Monitoring all the astrologer and customer issues and coordinating all unresolved queries to the respective departments
- Understand the product/ services from the user side and give feedback to the product team
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
- Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvements
- Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
- Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates, and much more
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone
- Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience
Requirements & Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of Customer service executive experience
- Knowledge of CRM application, MIS reporting, Experience using Google and Office Suites
- Team player, Critical thinker, Effective communication & problem-solving skill
- Graduation in relevant stream
- Language: English (Must), Hindi (Must), Local Language knowledge are preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
