Astral - Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Sales (1-10 yrs)
- Achieving predefined sales targets, year on year growth and product mix targets
- Effective implementation of sales strategy in their assigned territory
- Touring the field to understand local market conditions
- Generating primary & secondary sales orders in their assigned territory
- Communicating product portfolio, features of product and schemes to trade partners & influencers
- Collating sales information and preparing reports as required by senior management
- Responsible for interacting with various dealers and supporting supervisor in managing dealer relationships
- Responsible for supporting supervisor in ensuring high dealer satisfaction and prompt resolution of dealer complaints
- Responsible for escalating dealer issues to supervisor and/or head office wherever necessary
- Responsible for conducting assessment of local market and understanding factors such as competitors, number of dealers, market potential, etc.
- Responsible for supporting supervisors in growing and developing assigned territory
- Responsible for gathering local competitor intelligence
- Responsible for interacting with end customers, developing insights regarding consumer behavior and needs and communicating them to marketing and HO teams through supervisor
- Identifying possible new dealers and converting them
- Ensuring adherence to new dealer addition process
- Onboarding of new dealers
- Execution of schemes for both dealers, sub-dealer and customers
- Effective utilization of marketing collateral within assigned territory
- Coordination with depot regarding fulfillment of sales orders
- Managing documentation pertaining to sales and sales order processing
- Providing HO & accounts with relevant data as and when necessary
- Coordination with dealers regarding billing, invoicing and follow up for payments
- Coordination with Service team for claims handling etc.
