Astral Adhesives - Sales/Business Development Role - Industrial Application - B2B Segment (2-10 yrs)
Functional Area: Sales / Business Development
Location : Mumbai / Surat / Jaipur
Experience Required : Min 2+Years of experience in sales/Business Development of Epoxy Resins, through Industrial or Institutional Sales.
Education : BSC or BE/B. Tech + MBA (Preferred)
Job Summary :
- Responsible for Industrial, B2B Segment Business in assigned geography, implementing growth strategies to increase market share, map the market to unlock new opportunity segments, manage, rationalize and improve the Business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop Industrial business in the assigned geography
Initiate and implement business development activities
- Identify customer | users need and new applications and engage with backend team to fulfill customers requirement
- Initiate plan to grow business from existing customers and develop new customers
- Appoint Industrial distributors in gap towns
- Achievement of sales targets as per Business Unit objectives
- Complaint handling at Industrial Customer / Customer level and thereby ensure good service
- Generate market intelligence and track competitors activity and proactive planning
- To maintain Industrial Customer relations
- To implement company's policies with respect to sales, credit, collection and other statutes
Desired Candidate :
- Candidates with Adhesive |sealant product experience will be preferred
- Candidate should have worked in sales or business development role
- Experience of Bulk Chemicals, Epoxy Resins, Polymers will be added advantage
