Astra - Community Manager (3-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- We're seeking a talented Community Manager to join the vibrant team at Astra Security. The ideal candidate should have a passion for building relations with customers and making them brand advocates using the power of community.
- Candidates who have previous experience in building technology communities would be preferred.
Note : This is a remote position. We are looking for full-time individuals, not agencies & freelancers.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build a B2B SaaS community from the ground up for CTOs and CISOs
- Drive community engagement via virtual events & physical meetups
- Work on a content plan and create content that engages the audience
- Partner with the growth marketing team to bring aboard influencers for knowledge-sharing sessions/Q&A etc.
- Identify & nurture customers who can be our brand ambassadors
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to also drive case studies
- Work with Customer Success, Support, & Product team to share learnings & insights from customers.
- Build relationships with customers, industry experts, and influencers
- Identify if there are cross-sell & upsell opportunities and pass the leads back to the sales team
- Strategize, work and execute marketing campaigns for the community
- Analyze, monitor, and improve community traffic and relevant community metrics
- Engage in community discussions actively and resolve all queries
You'd be a great fit if you have :
- Proven 3-4 years of experience in building a tech/developer community from scratch
- Excellent copywriting & communication skills
- A knack for using the latest trends to create content topics.
- Hands-on experience with managing social media & community single-handedly.
- Ability and problem-solving skills to diffuse any negative response from the audience.
- Ability to create & curate compelling content
- Time management & organization skills
- Event planning and execution capabilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources like GA4 and other community platform metrics.
