ASTC - Regional Sales Manager (10-15 yrs)
Job description :
- To ensure achievement of sales targets as per plan; implement initiatives in-line with , gather competitive intelligence data from the field
Primary Responsibilities :
- Interacting with prospective clients - On call and personal visit to brief the solution
- Customer visit to identify requirement and propose solution as per guidelines
- Execute local marketing activities like leaflet distribution, participation in local events and exhibitions to generate leads
- Maintaining complete database & reports on enquiry handling
- Contacting qualified prospects / leads that have been generated through various marketing campaigns and converting these prospects/ leads into sales
- Preparation of quotation as per customer requirement
- Generation of insights through local interactions
- Site evaluation and checking requirement possibility as per guidelines
- Reporting on project progress during execution.
- Achieve business goals defined for the Region.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and be able to provide solution to the consumer based on requirements
- Be able to understand and appropriately record the consumer and channel partners need .
