Job Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for effective administration and internal coordination within the store and management team.

- Resolving customer issues and when required, assign service Requests to the best-possible resources to ensure fast resolution and work closely with the concerned department in resolving the issue in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Any Graduate/Diploma having good communication skills.
- You should have good knowledge and experience in usage of Smartphones, tablets.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a zeal to excel in sales/business development.
