JOB DESCRIPTION OF AGM/DGM REQUIREMENT FOR OUR CHENNAI & HYDERABAD REGION
- Should have minimum 10 years of experience in surface transport company out of which 3-4 years of experience in heading Regional/Divisional/Zonal office or working as a second in line head under Regional Manager.
- Should have sound knowledge of FTL, Part load, parcel & ODC.
- He has to monitor Sales, Administration, Operations, Fleet, Credit Control and other departments.
- Look after the region in the absence of Regional Manager.
- Responsible to generate new business from existing clients and source new clients.
- Coordinate with all the divisional and branch offices under the region for smooth functioning of the business.
- He will be responsible for the P&L along with Regional Manager.
- Age below 48 Years.
