Associate - Wealth Management (2-6 yrs)
Job description :
- Acquire customers with a minimum 5 crore investable capacity for financial markets.
- Answer questions related to Private Wealth, PMS, and AIF funds.
- It will be an advantage if you have knowledge of Direct Equity.
- Deliver various MIS reports according to requirements.
- Developing both short- and long-term sales strategies for the WM business in alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals.
- Ensure quality control and efficient customer service by establishing standardized and efficient sales processes.
- Achieve a balance of revenue streams through sale of MF which will build a steady annuity flow and through all other asset class.
- Enhance market credibility and deliver superior value propositions by driving strong client servicing and engagement parameters.
- Learning continuously to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitoring client positions, portfolio allocations, and ensuring they comply with risk and advisory parameters as laid out by Risk, Compliance, and Research teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external Financial Advisory guidelines and Risk Policies, and minimise instances of mis-selling.

Education :
- UG : Any Graduate
- PG : Any Postgraduate
