Associate - Voice Process - BPO (1-10 yrs)
Description:
- This is a healthcare related job and the Process Associate will have to perform the following activities :
- Answer calls from customers in the US.
- Call customers in the US for any queries.
- Collect documents and forward it to the concerned team.
- Send mails whenever required.
- Followup with concerned people and close pending issues.
Requirements :
- We require candidates for a BPO type of job.
- Any degree in BE, BCA, BSc Computer Science is preferrable.
- Good Oral and Written skills in English is mandatory to converse with our US Client
- Basic computer skills is mandatory
- Experience : 0 - 3 years
