- Position Overview:-

As an Inbound Voice Process Associate at Daikin, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Daikin products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

2. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

3. Provide accurate information about Daikin products, services, pricing, and policies.

4. Assist customers with product troubleshooting, technical support, and warranty-related issues.

5. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary.

6. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support and sales, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

8. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

9. Continuously strive to improve knowledge of Daikin products and services to better assist customers.

10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications :

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
