Job Description
The Customer Service associate must :
Have excellent english communication. Be polite and well spoken
Be willing to work on weekends and national holidays. 9 Hours a day, 6 days a week.
Be comfortable for a roster off on weekdays
Be good at resolving customer queries regarding delay / service issues
Interview Guidelines :
Candidate must be neatly dressed and carry an updated CV for interview.
Candidate will have to attach the interview form with his CV and submit back to the reception.
Candidates will be taken in groups of 10 for a GD round.
Candidates will be judged on both fluency and content value.
Shortlisted candidates will then be allotted a process from Chat / Voice depending on GD performance.
