Associate Vice President - Business Development & Sales - HealthTech (5-15 yrs)
Role responsibilities :
- Guide and manage sales & business development department and help achieve targets by providing valuable feedback
- Conduct routine team meetings and inculcate a target-driven approach
- Identify new products that can help cancer patients, corporates and insurance companies, based on discussions with partners and other stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders in the cancer care ecosystem - including pharma, corporates, insurance, etc to build a stronger ecosystem
- Actively take part in mid-year appraisals and provide constructive feedback toteam members to help them grow in their career
- Interview new hires in the sales & business development department
- Ensure thorough and timely resolution of patient issues and concerns, and handle any escalation
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with 5+ years of experience
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Commercial and business awareness
