Associate/Trainee - Sales - EduTech (0-2 yrs)
-Training: 3 Months (Paid - 17K per month)
-Salary After Training Period (Depending on the performance during the training period): Sales -Associate : 5LPA (3.7LPA fixed + 1.3 LPA Incentives )
-Shift - US Shift (Night - 07 PM to 04 AM or 08 PM to 05 AM)

The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Find new sales opportunities via cold calling and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
- Close sales and achieve monthly and weekly goals
- You will be working via phone or internet, there is no fieldwork involved
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Graduate/PG degree or equivalent
- Should be comfortable working the night shift.
