We are Looking for the Candidate must have excellent communication skills and knowledge in hotel bookings. Answering Inbound calls from the guests Solving their Queries and Providing them with Relevant Information Processing Room reservations in tandem with the guest query, Reconfirmation of the Reservation Either by calls or email.
Shift Timings:-
11:00 pm - 8:00 am
(night shift) | for Male Candidates only.
2:00 pm - 11:00 pm (day shift)
11:00 am - 8:00 pm (day shift)
8:00 am - 5:00 pm (day shift)
- 6 months to 1 yr of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory
Weekly Working Days : 5 Days
Female: Both side cab (Door to door),
Male : Cab facility from Huda city centre.
- Experience in Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants or Travel / Tourism preferred
Job Description :
Fresher Any Graduate/Last Year Pursuing.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills Required.
- Candidate form Hotel Management or Travel sales are preferred.
- Candidate Should Be Responsible For Solving Guest Queries Regarding Hotel Reservation/hotel Bookings.
- Answering phone calls and emails requesting information on the hotel or resort and providing necessary details to prospective customers.
- Describing different facilities and services depending on the needs of the callers and their interests.
- Both Sides CAB FACILITY for Female candidates and for Male Candidates cab facility from Huda city centre metro station.
