Associate - Telesales - NBFC (0-4 yrs)
We are looking for Telesales Associates for our NBFC client at Mumbai - Thane location.
Transport facility is provided.
Job Profile:
- Sales for Demat & Trading A/c opening process
- Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling
- Maintain client relationship and provide them best service.
- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.
- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.
- To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
Skills:
1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills.
2. Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi (Tulu, Kannada, Tamil can be considered in language preference)
3. Basic Share Market & Mutual Fund is mandatory
