Associate - Telesales - Gold Bank (0-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries, providing chat, voice, and email support
- Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Escalating users' unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Requirements:
- English and Hindi languages proficiency (written and spoken)
- A minimum of 0-4 year of experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
Work Timings:
- 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- CTC Offered - 2 to 4 Lacs Annually
