Associate - Telecalling/Telesales - Education (0-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through outbound calling and follow up on inbound inquiries.

- Sales Conversion : Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our educational products and services.

- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups and engagement.

- Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and respond to customer queries.

- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

- Market Feedback : Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.

- Database Management : Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Key Skills :

- Sales Orientation: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Multilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in more than two languages is preferred.

- Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions.

- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Basic Requirements :

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a telecalling or sales role within the education industry.

- B2C Experience: Proven experience in B2C calling and sales.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
