About Process :

- TOI is conducting the seminars in 14 cities including Kolkata/ Kochi/ Mumbai/ Grugram/ Bangalore, Delhi / Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh etc.

- These Seminars are based on Advertising & Marketing.

- There are no any charges to attend these seminars.

Customer Types :

Here, we need to deal with SME's clients.

Invite them for seminars through calls.

To attend these seminars they can enhance their business.

Activities Description :

Data Listing : Extract the basic details (Address & Contact) of the companies through Google and their own websites or other portals.

Data Validation : Make the calls to the companies and validate their address and ask the details of the decision maker of Marketing / Advertising department.

These details are required to send them postal and personal invitation regarding the seminars.

Registration : Make the calls to the decision makers and book their seats according to the available date and slots, if they are interested.

Inbound : Attending the inbound calls and handle the customer's concern related to the seminars and also books their seats for seminars if they want.

Confirmation Calling : Make the calls to the clients before 1-2 day ago to remind them about their slot booking on next day.

No Show Calling : Make the calls to those clients who were unable to attend the seminars and re-schedule their slot for next days.
