International Inbound Technical Support Associate
Mega Walk-in drive.
- Customer Will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls, Anti virus issues, Error code messages, Email issues etc. Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount.
We are hiring for Technical Sales Associate (International Voice Process).
Experience Required :
Salary: Rs. 12000 - 25000 Monthly. + Fabulous Incentives
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
- Need to Handle Inbound US Technical Support Calls.
- Attending Inbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus and Pop Up Issues.
- Providing Technical Service's & Sell Warranty Plans.
Experience and criteria :
- Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales).
- Should be Comfortable with Night Shift.
- Must know to close calls and take payment.
- Fluent in English.

- Fixed salary credited on 1st of every month + Incentives
