Associate - Technical Support - BPO (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Handling calls and resolving the technical queries of the clients
- Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
Desired Knowledge, skills and abilities :
- Good knowledge in trouble shooting of hardwares, networking and ISP support.
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Able to communicate fluently in the language required for transaction
- Problem Solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Typing skills as required by the process
- Active listening skills
- Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well
Salary: goes up to 18k to 30k CTC (Based on the performance)
