Associate - Technical Support - BPO (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for experienced candidates in tech support worked earlier for an international BPO.
Salary up to 25 K / No Deduction in salary based on Targets.
Candidates will get call regarding the issues of the computer related to software issues. They need to troubleshoot issues and charge an amount to fix up the issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate should be fluent in English.
- Min 1 year exp of working in tech sales profile in any international BPO.
- HS pass or any Graduate.
- Candidates must know how to close calls.
- Good communication skills and great convincing power.
- Flexible to work in any shift and 6 days a week.
- Can join immediately.
