Associate - Technical Support (1-3 yrs)
1) Should have well versed knowledge about incoming calls related to queries of customers.
2) Should have information how to solve problems related to Technical Support in computers, laptops, Macbook, pop up calls.
3) Should know how to close calls after solving the query.
4) 1) Should have Good Communication Skills over English. Must be Fluent.
5) 2) Should have prior experience in Tech Support. Should have knowledge in Closing Calls. (Must be a Closure).
6) 3) Shift Timing - 10 p.m. in the night to 8 a.m. in the morning.( 1 Hour Break
7) 4) Age Criteria - 18 years to 30 years
8) 5) Education Qualification
9) - Graduates. Undergraduates can also apply.
10) 6) Salary :- 12,000/- to 26,000/- ( Fixed Salary) + Incentives .

Benefits :-
1) Salary on 1st of every month.
2) Paid Birthday Leaves + Double paid on birthday's if you work.
3) 24 leaves in a year + 15 Comp off Leaves.
4) No extension of shift.
5) 1 Roaster off in a week + Rotational Shift.
