Responsibilities and Duties
- Proficiently manage the resolution of inbound technical calls
- Diagnose software issues related to computers, laptops, printers, routers, antivius, etc.
- Knowledge and experience supporting for Windows. Mac, Ios over the phone
- Minimum 1-3 of working experience in tech Support in International BPO
- Must know to close calls and take payment from customer.
Work Location: Kolkata- Salt Lake
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience in International BPO
- Comfortable with Night Shift
- Fluent in English
