Position- Technical Sales Associate

Summary-
- Candidate will be responsible for solving technical issues of the customers related to Computer Software (window/ mac/printer/router/X box/Quick Book)
- Candidate will be responsible to convert inbound calls into sales
- Candidate should know to close their own call

- Excellent telephonic soft skill
- Should be comfortable with Rotational Shift
- Ability to handle stressful situation
Exp.- Min. 2 yrs in Technical Sales (UK/US Shift)
Able to close calls
