Spot Joining Requirement for a renowed International BPO for Tech Support Profile.
Designation- Technical Sales Associate||(voice process)
- Candidates should have atleast 1-3 Years of Tech support Experience in Inbound / Outbound process in an International BPO.
- Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding issues related to computers, laptops, antivirus,pop ups, printers, routers, mails, MAC, i-pad etc..
- Analyzing the issues correctly and resolving the issues.
