Associate - Technical Sales - BPO (1-3 yrs)

Need Experienced Candidates for Inbound/outbound Tech Sales Associate(voice process) for a Leading International BPO.
JOB PROFILE :
- Attending inbound calls of the customer related to issue on Windows / Mac devices.
-Troubleshooting and diagnosing the technical issues calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router, Email, Antivirus, and Pop Up Issues..(handle the call from start to end)
Criteria :
1. Should have Good Communication Skills in English.
2. Should have prior experience in Tech Support in any International BPO.
3. Must be flexible (Rotational shift) & Rotational off (six days working any one day Roster off)
4. Age Criteria - 18 years to 33 years
