Job Summary
- To handle INBOUND Calls.
- Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
- Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service.
- Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner.
- Perceptive and intuitive nature with the ability to solve problem.
- Experience in any Inbound process will be an advantage.
Working days: 6days.-
Week Offs: 1 Rotational off-
