Associate - Technical Sales (1-3 yrs)
Inbound Tech Support
Responsibility:-
- Handling US/UK customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
- Must have knowledge about Windows, Mac, Antivirus, Printer troubleshooting
- Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
- Must have work experience in Tech Support (Sales process)
- Comfortable with Night Shift
- Call Closer
