Your Responsibilities :

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team and ensuring the attainment of revenue goals.

- Training/Coaching the team members to maximize their potential by creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and sales skills and conducting quarterly performance reviews.

- Identifying and passing on product improvements or new product ideas to the product team, through constant interaction with the team and the customers.

- Develop and implement sales strategies.

- Align the team to daily input/output metrics and execute smooth working in the team

- Manage and resolve customer complaints.

- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends/offerings/best practices to quickly learn and adapt.

Desired Skills :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the sales domain spearheading a team

- Proven track record of overachieving the targets

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications :

- MBA or BTECH (in any specialization) or folks with experience in selling technical courses

- Experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Experience in managing a team of sales professionals and drive the team to achieve set goals

- Experience with CRM software (Leadsquared preferred)
