PGCs are in-depth, rigorous, online specializations that prepare students for an internship/job in that domain. For this new product line, we are looking to set up the world's best program delivery and user engagement team - a team that combines a teacher's empathy with an entrepreneur's hustle. Key responsibilities :
1. Ensure the success of the student in the course by being the first point of contact for students once they enroll in the PGC, interacting with them, helping them, supporting them, motivating them, and being their constant companion until they achieve their learning outcomes
2. Conduct orientation sessions and regular progress calls to keep track of student's progress during the entire duration of the course
3. Work on partner management and liaisoning with the training content partner to create the live sessions' schedule, audit the sessions, monitor the project, forum queries, and assignment evaluation TAT as well as audit the feedback provided by the partner
4. Work on community management by managing course-specific communities and resolving students' concerns in the community
5. Work closely with different stakeholders (students, product team, content team, and business team) to deliver a seamless learning experience for students
